ECS is based in Brentford, West London. We offer a complete range of Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll Bureau services to the smaller and medium-sized businesses.

We also act as a payroll bureau for all types and sizes of business - charges are based on the number of payslips produced.

We can deal with year-end accounts (for smaller limited companies as well as the self-employed), self-assessment tax returns and VAT returns.

We have particular expertise in dealing with historical bookkeeping problems, and in computerising a business's accounting systems. We specialise in Sage and Access accounting software, two of the most popular off-the-shelf packages.

There is no charge for the first meeting we have with prospective Clients, and we will quote fixed fees rather than hourly rates for any work undertaken.

Working Methods

Work is done at our own offices. We meet Clients whenever necessary and keep in touch by telephone fax and e-mail. Clients send us papers and information by post, fax or e-mail and we produce Accounting Reports, VAT Returns, CIS vouchers etc. In certain circumstances, work is done at Clients' offices.

New Clients

Having met prospective Clients to discuss their requirements, we provide a written quotation. We generally offer our services on the basis of a fixed fee; work in addition to that quoted for being charged at an appropriate hourly rate. We can provide references from existing Clients.
