Bookkeeping to the pre-audit stage. We have particular experience of dealing with historical bookkeeping problems.
Payroll: we can cater for any number of employees for both smaller and larger employers. We are also able to administer CIS schemes for construction industry employers.
Accounting and Payroll Software: as Registered Sage Dealers we can implement cost effective accounts and payroll solutions using market leading packages. ECS is able to call on over 23 years of Sage experience.
Statutory and Annual Accounts, for sole traders and partnerships and small limited companies (turnover of not more than £5.6 million; and balance sheet total of not more than £2.8 million). We also prepare self-employed (including CIS), partnership and limited company tax returns. We produce accounts for Charities, using the latest SORP.
Training on a one-to-one basis: subjects covered include Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sage Accounting Software and Spreadsheets. We can also provide group training, where appropriate.
Auditing services are provided via our links with several local firms of Chartered Accountants, who provide relatively cheaper audits for our Clients. Some of our business comes through recommendations from local Chartered Accountants.
Taxation: including Self-Assessment and VAT. More involved taxation issues are referred on to qualified taxation consultants.
Setting-Up a new business either as a Sole Trader, a Partnership or a Limited Company. We act as Company Secretary for Limited Companies.
Business Planning: assistance in the preparation of Business Plans for submission to Banks and other interested parties.
